Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TourneySquad ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of any law or to infringe the rights of others.
• Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the service's operation.
• Submit information about other people (players, teams, contacts) without authorization to do so.
• Resell, sublicense, or use the service to compete with TourneySquad.

If you create tournaments, you are responsible for the information you publish, registrations you accept, payments you collect, refunds you issue, and communications you send to participants. You must comply with applicable consumer protection, refund, and messaging laws.

Online payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Refunds for tournament registrations are issued by the organizer that received the payment, subject to that organizer's refund policy.

Where you opt in to text notifications, you consent to receive automated messages related to tournaments you organize or have registered for. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See the SMS help section for details.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for prolonged inactivity. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., payment, disclaimers, limitations) will survive.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TourneySquad will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which TourneySquad is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
