TourneySquad ("we", "us") provides tournament-management software for organizers, players, and spectators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information: name, email, password hash, and organization details you provide when signing up.
• Tournament data: tournament, division, team, and player information that you or your registrants enter.
• Contact information: email and phone numbers used for notifications, login, and account recovery.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe; we receive transaction metadata but not full card numbers.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP, browser, request paths) used for security and reliability.

• To operate, secure, and improve TourneySquad.
• To deliver tournament notifications (schedules, score updates, bracket advancements) by email and, where opted in, by SMS.
• To process payments, issue refunds, and prevent fraud.
• To respond to support requests and legal obligations.

If you opt in to text notifications, your mobile phone number is used solely to deliver tournament-related messages from TourneySquad. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers, opt-in data, or message content with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or registration. See our SMS help section for details.

We share information only as needed to run the service:

• Service providers: hosting, database, analytics, email, SMS, and payment processors acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Tournament organizers: player and team information you submit during registration is visible to the organizer of that tournament.
• Legal: where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

We retain account and tournament data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit and encryption at rest where supported by our providers. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

• Update your profile and notification preferences from Settings.
• Unsubscribe from SMS at any time by replying STOP.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.

TourneySquad is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
